The Maintenance Technician position oversee repairs and improvements of occupied and vacant homes as well as the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment.

00 40 hours per week Monday - Friday On-call opportunities Paid time off :

Responsibilities:
Completes maintenance tickets timely Performs lawn care:
mowing, edging, spraying for weeds, etc.
Applies knowledge of general maintenance protocols Repairs and improves mobile homes Paints Performs light electrical work Assists with general park clean-up Assists with after-hours emergency calls and responds accordingly on rotation Devotes working time, attention, knowledge, and skills to Employer's business interests; acts in good faith with best efforts to the reasonable satisfaction of the Employer Performs other duties customarily performed by other persons in similar positions, as well as such other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Employer Job prerequisites:
Able to physically perform job responsibilities, including but not limited to climbing, kneeling, crouching, bending, crawling, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50
pounds or more without assistance Able to work in indoor and outdoor environments at assigned communities, including being outside and walking across communities in various weather conditions, on foot for an extended period of time, walking up and down stairs, and climbing ladders Able to maintain regular, predictable, and scheduled attendance Must be able to work 5 days per week, Monday through Friday and on-call as needed Capable of working up to 8
hours per day with occasional longer days if needed to address emergencies Capable of operating machinery such as mowers, weed-eaters, other lawn care machinery, backhoes and similarly sized machines, and other equipment needed to repair and refurbish mobile homes If employee needs an accommodation consideration for performing the job duties, the request should be submitted timely to the supervisor and HR Job Type:
